Device Troubleshooting

This guide offers support for issues you may encounter while using your Heystack Device.
1. If the Device Will Not Power On
If the LED light on the charger does not illuminate, please contact Heystack Support.
Make sure the device is turned off and then charge for 3 hours or until LED light on charger is green.
LED light on charger will go from red to green when fully charged.
If Device is fully charged and will not turn on, please contact Heystack Support.
2. Images are blurry
- Wipe your camera and make sure it is going entirely through the hole.
- Make sure pedestal is fully attached.
- Try device with fan off.
- Rotate pedestal with chin towards front.
Contact Heystack Support if lights are not working.
3. Bluetooth will not connect
- Make sure your device is not connected to any other devices you may have used. The Heystack Device will only be able to connect via bluetooth to one device at a time. Once you disconnect another device, you should be able to pair another device. If the device still does not show up, forget the device on your old connected device then turn off and on your Heystack Device.
