This guide offers a straightforward approach to managing existing stacks on the Heystack platform.

You can optionally move your stacks between the following statuses.

Open: Not all cards are matched
Ready: All cards are matched and ready to list
Archive: Cards have been listed

Moving batches is a good organization tool for teams with multiple people working on the same process.

1. Click the pencil icon to edit a stack.

2. Here, you can edit the name, label or status of your Stack.

3. Click “Update Stack” to save changes.

4. To move Stacks, select the checkbox for specific Stacks.

5. Click “MOVE TO READY” once cards are matched and ready to list.

6. To delete Stacks, click the garbage bin icon.

7. Click “OK” to delete the Stack.

Deleting a Stack cannot be undone.
