• Navigate to https://heystack.tech/
  
• Click “Connect.”

Click “Connect.”

Tip! You will be redirected to eBay.

Sign in to your eBay account.

Click “Agree and Continue” to grant Heystack application access.

You will be redirected back to Heystack and your eBay will be connected.

Select your shipping policy.

Tip! You can choose one of your existing shipping policies from the drop down menu. If you have not set up shipping policies or would like to create a new one, follow this guide to Create Business Policies on eBay

Cost type in your shipping policy MUST be “Flat” Same cost to all buyers” or eBay connect will not work.

Click “Marketplace Defaults”

Enter your postal code and location as well as the other fields.

Click this button to update.

Make sure Merchant Location is set to “heystackmerchantlocation”

Click this button.

Tip! Now you are ready to list using eBay connect!
