Log into your Heystack account and click the “Connect” button in the dropdown menu under your username. It should bring you to the Third-Party connection page you see here.

Scroll down to the relevant platform. Type in your Username on that platform. In the Order ID field, type in the Order ID from any recent spot purchase on that platform. This Order ID must come from a breaker in our Breaker Connect program.

Click on the Update Settings button to save your Username. If your Username does not properly save, the breaker may not have uploaded your break hits quite yet. Please try again at a later time, after the breaker has uploaded your break hits.

This process only needs to be completed ONCE per platform. You do NOT need to input Order ID’s for all your purchases. Future purchases will automatically appear in your account as long as you don’t change your Username.
