Heystack is hiring a Client Success Strategist to support our growing network of trading card clients, including top eBay consignors and live breakers. This is a hybrid role combining account management, customer onboarding, and content strategy. It's ideal for someone who lives and breathes the trading card world and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and support new clients with platform training and best practices
- Build trusted relationships and guide clients toward successful use of our tools
- Create compelling written and visual content (tutorials, product updates, social posts, case studies)
- Develop and execute social media campaigns that celebrate card culture and promote the Heystack platform
- Act as a voice of the customer, helping shape product and marketing priorities through insights and feedback
Who You Are
- Genuine interest and expertise in cards—sports, TCG, or both
- A clear communicator who can work autonomously without supervision
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- High energy, high integrity, high work ethic, and high intelligence
- Comfortable operating in a remote, fast-moving startup environment
Bonus Points
- Experience as a breaker, consignor, or content creator in the card world
- On-camera confidence, social media marketing creativity and/or video editing skills
- Familiarity with ALL trading card breaking, selling and trading platforms
