Congratulations on your new Heystack One.  This is your start up guide.  We will show you how to assemble your Heystack One.

1. First, remove contents from the box.

What is included:

• Heystack One ring
• background shields (green and black)
• light shield
• light shield inserts (light, medium, and dark)
• safe touch card pedest
• magnetic phone stand
• charging cable

After unboxing, charge the Heystack One ring.

2. Time to assemble.

Place your Heystack One ring on a flat surface with the two buttons facing you.

Tip! The switch on the left is for power and has three modes (off, lights and fan, lights only).




Place your background shield on the unit and make sure the magnets adhere firmly in place.

Install your light shield insert in the light shield.

Place the insert’s bottom edge just above the light shield’s bottom light bar. Use your thumbs to slide the insert downwards and let the top edge slip under the second light bar. Confirm the ring is lined up with the aperture hole.

Tip! Place the light shield on the unit with the Heystack logo facing the two buttons.

Grab your light shield and connect it to the unit with the magnets.

Tip! To swap in a different light shield insert, remove the light shield from the ring. Twist the two upper wings to remove.



Attach the safe touch foam topped pedestal over the fan and press it down firmly. Make sure the chin is facing the two buttons.

Tip! Now you can power on your device and make sure the lights and suction fan are working.



Now let’s connect our Bluetooth to our device.  Each smart phone will be a little bit different, so please check your own phone’s settings.  With this iPhone, we go to settings, Bluetooth, and find the Heystack One device which will display on your phone as the serial number of your device, which should also be found on the bottom of your Heystack One unit.  Select it, press pair and it will connect to your phone.

Your Heystack One came with a charging cord.  The built in battery unit will provide continuous use for three to four hours.  When plugged in to recharge, you will note the light on the charger is RED.  This means the unit is charging.  When it turns green, it is fully charged.

Now that your device is set up, you are ready to download the Heystack One App and begin using the entire suite of Heystack software services.
