BIN Listings on Heystack – Things To Know
August 26, 2025

OVERVIEW
Heystack uses the eBay Inventory API to provide our Direct Connect listing tool from Heystack.tech. While this tool provides incredible speed and efficiency, there are some factors to consider in advance of using the tool.
OUT OF STOCK INVENTORY – END LISTINGS
When you list a card at BIN using Heystack, and that item sells, your listing will remain active at quantity zero (0). This is a feature, not a bug, in the event you wish to relist other identical cards from your inventory without having to create a new listing. We understand that likely is not going to be the case, given the wide variety of ultra-modern cards.
If you wish to remove the zero (0) quantity listing from your inventory, go to your eBay Sell tab, filter your listings by Status and select “Out of Stock.” Once you have applied the filter, you can bulk select all the listings and under the “Actions” tab, select “End Listings.”
It’s important to note that while cards are “out of stock,” they will not appear in search results. If an item remains out of stock for the entire month, listing fees are refunded by eBay at the end of the month. Heystack recommends that you end listings that you do not intend to restock.
EDITING LISTINGS – LIMITED FUNCTIONALITY
When you list a card at BIN using Heystack, eBay’s Inventory API limits the editing capabilities available on eBay after the listing is live.
For example, you will be unable to edit the item’s price or title via the Edit pencil icon in the table view on the eBay Active listings tab. On the other hand, you will be able to edit the listing if you click into the “Edit’ button presented alongside each card in the eBay Active listings tab.
In order to edit these elements, you will need to end the listing on eBay, make the required edits on eBay, and then relist the item on eBay. You can also end the listing on eBay, clear the listing on Heystack, make the required changes on Heystack, and then relist the item on eBay using Heystack.
